We went camping this past Friday with the young women in our ward. Well, not exactly camping since we stayed in cabins - with heaters! I was so glad to have the cabins and the heaters since is was FREEZING cold up there. It got below 30 that night, so having heated cabins was great, although I still was kept up most the night by giggly girls. Bill came along as our "Priesthood" and taught a photography class Saturday AM. Sophie and Eliza got to tag along too.
(Hannah missed out and went to a sleepover party instead).
Saturday morning, after the photography class, we went on a hike. It was beautiful and we had a great time. Here are some pictures:

AHHH! Big Bear! Remember sledding there? We are going to be getting some snow here any day now :( So I know what you mean by COLD! It looks like you all had a great time. I need Bill to give me a little photography class ... of course I probably need a lot of help!
Fun...I can't believe it is already that cold!!!! I want to come to Bill's classes!!!
I remember going to YW camping during the summer months. Each year looking forward to become a DIT/DAT to be able to sleep in the cabins instead of the beloved A frames for all new coming YW. I can still remember all the good times I had at girls camp. So, Kathryn are you YW President? I enjoyed teaching the YW and was finally released last May. Now, I am compassionate service leader, which I hate. I would love to go back to YW any day.
